  4.  Budget for Success Win3 runs under MS-Windows 3.x and Win95.

  8.  Program requires the following enclosed Microsoft Files to run.

  10.  GSW.EXE 
  11.  GSWDLL.DLL
  12.  GRID.VBX
  13.  GRAPH.VBX. 
  14.  THREED.VBX
  15.  MSAFINX.DLL
  16.  
  17.  If you do not have them in your Windows\System directory then move
  18.  them to it as they are used by a lot of great software available on
  19.  the Internet and BBS.
  20.  They are the latest revisions. Check dates on yours if you have them.

  22.  I did not include the Microsoft file, VBRUN300.DLL as most people have it.
  23.  If it is not in your Window\System directory then download it from your
  24.  BBS or Internet under filename VBRUN300.ZIP.

  26.  Windows 95 users: After unzipping, the GSWDLL.DLL file may be hidden, 
  27.  from the Tool Bar open View\Options and then click the Show all Files
  28.  button to see hidden files.

  32.  The following Budget for Success Win3 files must reside in the same
  33.  directory:

  35.  BFSTP.EXE
  36.  SAMPLE.BGT
  37.  DATABASE.IDX
  38.  PERSONAL.BSP
  39.  BFSUSE.HLP
  40.   
  41.  Programs will not alter your Windows Files.

  43.  Documentation with instructions on how to use program can be read or
  44.  printed from within the program by pressing the F1 key.

  46.  To start, click on BFSTP.EXE.

  48.  Or setup in a Windows Program Group and start the program by clicking
  49.  on the Budget Icon.
